With Felice and August it has another motivation and therefore their scene is different. It also opens up for interpretation to the audience what happened later on when we don't get to see. To achieve that they did not have to portray the whole thing I think. They did not do any scenes just to make a super sexy and hot scene between the characters, but for them to realize something about themselves or about each other.
The screenwriters and directors had a goal and a motivation for all the intimate scenes and also the intimacy in Wilhelm's room at Hillerska. In Young Royals they work with intimacy in a different way than in most shows though.
